The Band Perry has been busy working on their upcoming CD, which is why they weren’t at the Grammys, but they did find time to call the Frogmen in the Morning.

The Band Perry admitted that they were home in Nashville working on their upcoming album instead of being at the Grammys. They did however tune in to watch the award show and Kimberly even said she “jumped up and down a couple of times” because she was so happy with the winners. The siblings talked about the highlights of the Grammys with the Frogmen and who they were really excited to see win an award.

The Band Perry will be heading out on tour with Rascal Flatts and we’ll see them this September at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, what we don’t get to see is their pre-show ritual. The band told the Frogmen that before the hit the stage to perform they have a pre-show dance party. When it comes to the best dancer the votes went to Kimberly, because “she puts the most heart into it.” As a whole though, “I don’t think the three of us have any talent in dancing.” Good or bad, Kimberly says they break it down!

While out on the road they will be featuring songs off their upcoming album in their show. If you’ve seen The Band Perry in concert they said this will be different, because it’s a “band new show”. As for the new album, it’s also going to be different. The band says they have to “keep delivering” after having huge hits like “If I Die Young”. They said the new album will show a rock side as well as their vulnerable side.
