10 Country Songs For Memorial Day

My dad served in the Air Force and my grandpa, or papaw as we liked to call him, was in the Army/Air Force. I used to love to sit and hear them tell stories about their experiences.

Some funny stories and some scary. Luckily my dad and grandpa made it back to us alive. Unfortunately not every soldier who fights for our country has the opportunity to come back home. That’s why we celebrate Memorial Day, to honor those who have fallen.

Every day that goes by we should all be thankful to those brave men and women who are in our armed forces. Those who fight and have fought to keep us free.

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in service of the United States of America.

These are my picks for the Top Country Songs for Memorial Day.
