If you or someone you know is looking for some seasonal work then you’re in luck as Amazon, the online retail giant will be hiring 10,000 Californians for the holidays.
CBS Los Angeles reports that nationwide Amazon plans to hire for more than 120,000 seasonal workers, and that includes their Southern California fulfillment centers in San Bernardino, Redlands, Moreno Valley and Eastvale just in time the holidays.
Positions available are days, nights, weekends and overnight positions and full-time position employees can earn up to $12.75 an hour.
Amazon says in the past more than 14,000 seasonal employees stayed on in regular, full-time positions across the nation after the holidays and they have expectations of that number increasing this year.
