Cake Among US, Rancho Cucamonga

What better way to start off this list than with CAKE? Owners Laura and Scott McCaslin met in the baking industry, Scott growing up in it and Laura with over 25 years of experience baking. From wedding cakes to birthday cakes, croissants and doughnuts, Cake Among US is serving up your favorites Monday through Friday. The shop was also named California’s best on Buzzfeed’s “Here’s the best doughnut shop in your state” list.

À La Minute, Redlands

Located in Downtown Redlands, À La Minute, uses local ingredients infused with liquid nitrogen to create some of the most delicious ice cream you will ever taste. Because liquid nitrogen is used in the process, eliminating icy crystals, the ice cream comes out much creamier. Don’t miss classic flavors with a few twists, like Strawberry Balsamic, Orange Honey and Espresso Chip.

Just Pastries, Riverside

Cute decor and decadent pastries? Look no further than Just Pastries in Riverside. Greeted with a welcoming “bonjour!” as you walk through the door will take you to a quiet cafe somewhere in France while you relax, waiting for your freshly baked pastry to arrive.
