2016 brought us a ton of great collaborations like Chris Young and Cassadee Pope’s “Think of You”, Dierks Bentley and Elle King’s “Different For Girls”, and Kenny Chesney and P!nk’s “Setting The World On Fire”. I have some ideas for collabs this year.

If I could team up a country artist and an artist from another genre here would be my wish list:

5. Miranda Lambert and P!nk

I know P!nk just did a song with Kenny Chesney, but image the bad***ness that would come from Miranda and P!nk. They are both strong, outspoken women who don’t give a damn. That would be some major girl power music.

4. Eric Church and Bruce Springsteen

Come on this is an easy one. Eric already has a song called “Springsteen”. Why not get them together to make a new song. That would be an awesome concert moment.

3. Sam Hunt and Drake

They have a very similar style. I think they would both vibes really well off each other. Sam is supposedly coming out with a new album this year, so here’s my suggestion. Plus, Sam has covered Drake in concert before.

2. Thomas Rhett and Bruno Mars

Thomas’ album ‘Tangled Up’ is amazing and from the first time I heard it reminded me of Bruno Mars. Thomas Rhett has even done covers of Bruno Mars’ songs. Plus Bruno is so entertaining. If the 2 of them did a song together in 2017 it would be huge!

  1. Keith Urban and Ed Sheeran

Keith has admitted to being a fan of Ed Sheeran’s fan. Can you blame him? Ed’s amazing songwriting abilities and Keith’s guitar skills would result in a huge song.
