You may remember the story of the Playboy centerfold who posted to social media a photo of a naked 71-year-old woman in a gym locker room. On Wednesday, Playmate Dani Mathers entered a plea of no contest to a charge of invasion of privacy.
CBS Los Angeles reports that as part of her plea deal she will be on probation for three years and be required to perform 30 hours of graffiti removal. Reportedly, she decided to perform community service over doing a 45 day jail sentence.
It was also ordered by a judge that Mathers is not allowed to take a cell phone into any areas where people will be undressing and she isn’t allowed to record or post images of anyone without their permission.
She has also been ordered to stay away from all LA Fitness Centers.
The model posted the photo on Snapchat and used a caption that said she couldn’t “unsee” the image and had been charged with invasion of privacy.
