If you want a body like a backroad or guns like Sam Hunt, the secret has now been revealed.
Kevin Klug, the personal trainer for Hunt and Lady Antebellum, says it can be difficult to get a workout while they’re on the road, but there are a few simple routines that will definitely show results.
He says the exercises that are easy enough to do on the road are squats and deadlifts.
“Anything that hits the legs, that burns the most calories, that’s where I’m at,” Klug says in the video below.
