Craig Campbell and his band “The Campbell-Toes” made their debut at the Slidebar in Fullerton Sunday night (November 12th), playing the outside patio stage for the venue’s “Country Sunday,” which offers the perfect vibe for late-afternoon day-drinking.

Early on, his played arguably his biggest hit, “Outta My Head,” but saved his current single “Outskirts of Heaven” and the suggestive “Fish” for later in the show. “Mas Tequila Por Favor” had audience members dancing in the aisles, and the crowd got a special treat with only his second performance EVER of the brand new “Just Me Missing You.”

Craig jokingly recalled the frustration of trying to establish himself as a separate artist from Craig Morgan….until he learned that Craig Morgan is also sometimes confused for Craig Campbell. Craig (Campbell) played several ’90s country songs from Travis Tritt and Clint Black, calling them “Some of the reasons I fell in love with country music.”
