Underwood, the season four winner of Idol 13 years ago, was honored during the Mother's Day show as the remiaing contestants were required to sing one song each from Underwood's catalog.

The 35-year old country superstar also sang a song of her own belting out "Cry Pretty," while dawning the, now-iconic, glittery teardrop eye makeup.

"Cry Pretty," which is also the name of her new album, will be released on Sept.14.
