Anti-bullying campaigns in schools and communities get a lot of press but more needs to be done.

In light of some high profile bullying cases at Inland Empire schools author and anti-bullying advocate Kalyani Pardeshi came on the program to share some of her techniques for overcoming the effects of bullying that she covers in her book Unbullied – 14 Techniques to Silence the Critics: Externally and Internally.

Pardeshi shares easy to use, compelling tactics developed from years of being bullied herself. She openly shares her own experiences of bullying and talks about overcoming the emotional scars left by it.
