Dr. Cameron Kaiser announced today that all bars in Riverside County must close, effective tomorrow, June 30th, due to an increase in coronavirus cases.

Over the weekend, Governor Newsom suggested that Riverside and several other counties be on a "watch list", as he ordered bars in LA County closed.  That "watch list" didn't last long.

Dr. Kaiser hopes that this will only be temporary and that other businesses won't need to close, but he's depending on all of us to help make the numbers in Riverside County go down.

Restaurants and breweries that offer dine-in options may continue to sell alcohol, but it must be within the same transaction. Social distancing guidelines and preventative measures must still be upheld to remain open though.
