Following the huge success of Knotts Berry Farm's "Taste of Calico" Event, the Buena Park theme park will launch "A Taste of Knotts" starting August 21st.

While rides and attractions remain closed, this new outdoor dining and retail experience will take over Ghost Town, Fiesta Village, and Boardwalk, celebrating classic flavors from around the park.

Listen Live Now on 95.1 FM

Guests can experience Mexican-inspired cuisine, Knott's famous barbecue, and classic dishes from the celebrated Knott's Berry Farm Cookbook, including Boysenberry Basil Lemonade, Boysenberry Meatballs, and Crinkle Chips with Queso, and Corn on the Cob with Boysenberry Mayo. Fourteen artisan booths and selected retail shops will offer special limited event merchandise.

A Taste of Knotts will run on weekends from August 21st - September 13th. Hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 12n - 9p and Sundays from 12p-8p.

Guests will need to purchase a date-specific tasting card in advance at (or through the Knott's mobile app) for entry. Regular tasting cards (for ages 12+) are $30 plus tax, and include five food tastings. Junior tasting cards (ages 3-11) are $15 plus tax and include three tastings; children two and under are free. Tasting cards are limited and may sell out.

Knotts will continue to implement its safety measure, including limited capacity and temperature screening and security checkpoint at the main gate. In addition, associates and guests will be required to wear a facial covering unless seated at a table or bench to eat. Frequently touched surfaces (like cash counters, scanners, pens, register screens, door handles, shopping baskets, etc.) will be disinfected daily and sanitized frequently.

Signs will aid guests in the proper travel of direction and to remember to practice physical distancing, and seating will be spaced out through the event. Hand sanitizing stations will be available.

Further, all associates will be screened using CDC guidelines before being allowed on the property to work, and have been trained on the importance of hand washing, physical distancing, and overall hygiene.
